CAMBRIDGE, Mass.<\/span>, Dec. 4, 2020<\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ — Cogent Biosciences, Inc.\u00a0(“Cogent”) (NASDAQ: COGT), a biotechnology company focused on developing precision therapies for genetically defined diseases, today announced the closing of its upsized underwritten public offering of 11,794,872 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $9.75<\/span> per share. This includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their 30-day option to purchase up to 1,538,461 additional shares of common stock. The aggregate proceeds to Cogent from the offering, after deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and before estimated offering expenses, were approximately $108.1 million<\/span>.<\/p>\n
